We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. Please let us know if you submitted an order with the wrong information (it happens and that's ok!), but we can only change it before the order is processed. Once processed it it unable to be cancelled. If the package is returned to us, you will be refunded the cost of the item (minus the shipping charge). Please be aware that not all packages that are sent to incorrect addresses are returned to us.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is submitted (if not sooner!). Orders ship via US Postal Service with tracking number from Los Angeles, California.​ We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.

All our items are shipped in flat cardboard mailers to ensure stability in shipment with stickers that say "do not bend" on the exterior. We do all we can to make sure the post office does not damage your shipment!

In an attempt to be mindful and eco-friendly, we reuse and recycle packaging materials in our ongoing efforts to support sustainability. Our orders are carefully and lovingly packed but not always pretty!

There have been a few instances of packages being left in the rain and elements, but unfortunately that is out of our control. We do our best to make sure everything gets to you timely and safely!
